Getting on the High ScoreBoard

Every top 1 million people  in a certain level get to go on the high scoreboard. For an example, lets say that the lowest magic level on the high scoreboard is 55, my magic is 53 so, to be on the board, you have to have at least 55 to get on it in this example. But if you get 55 magic and the lowest magic level on it raised to 60, you were taken off because since you had 55 magic, the former lowest was 55,  so he raised it to 60, when you get kicked off the board, you can always come back on. You don’t get a prize for being on the high scoreboard if you are wondering.
